Christopher Coyle is a committed and values‑ driven entrepreneur and leader within the health, social care, and property sectors. Beyond his professional work, Christopher is deeply committed to social value and community impact.

David has over ten years' experience as Headteacher and Executive Principal leading and improving educational opportunities for young people unable to access mainstream education. David has led many school types including AP, PRU, SEMH & ASC. 

Ellie is the Safeguarding Lead for the group, bringing over nine years of experience working within complex care and supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality care for children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural and safeguarding needs. 

Our Lead Teacher has experience in teaching & leading English in mainstream and SEMH settings at primary & secondary phases. 

Our Office Manager has experience as a TA, Exams Officer & Office Manager in Primary and SEMH schools. 

Our Family Support & Outreach Lead is vastly experienced in this role having been successful in supporting EBSA pupils across Reading and West Berks back into school within several mainstream and SEN settings 

Our Therapeutic Assistant & HLTA has 1st Class Honours Degree in Psychology and is qualified to deliver CBT style therapies. They also have several years’ experience working with secondary aged SEMH pupils and as a Team Leader supporting children with a range of SEN through Makaton and PECS.
